MAMOS RESTAURANT

Our journey with Mamos began with a simple idea: to capture the feeling of a sun-drenched holiday in the Greek isles and infuse it into a modern dining experience. We wanted every design choice to echo the charm and simplicity of Cycladic architecture.

The space is wrapped in a brilliant white, creating a canvas for the vibrant, textured blue that serves as the brand's signature. This iconic pairing is everywhere, from the striking facade to the painted interiors of the display niches. We introduced layers of texture to evoke a sense of place: the rustic feel of woven light shades, the smooth coolness of patterned tiles, and the organic lines of the stone-paved floor underfoot.

Arches are a recurring motif, softening the space and creating a sense of passage and discovery. The feature wall, with its collection of simple white vases set in deep blue alcoves, becomes a quiet art installation. It’s a space that feels both timeless and completely of the moment—a true urban escape to the shores of the Aegean.
